2009/2010 Mascot Club
The Mascot Club is designed to provide a safe and convenient child care solution for school-age children in our district. Mascot hours in the morning are from 6:30 am until 15 minutes prior to school opening; hours after school are from school dismissal until 6:30 pm. Mascot Clubs are licensed by the State of Arizona and DES assistance (602-569-4719) is available.

In order to register for childcare you will need to provide a copy of your students immunizations, 2 local emergency contacts (with complete addresses and telephone numbers) those emergency contacts can not reside with mom, dad or each other, your pediatricians complete address and telephone number, custody papers if applicable. Registration is in person only, it takes three (3) business days to start your student in the child care programs. Paperwork is available in Community Education office, located at 15032 N. 32nd St, Phoenix, 85032, one block south of Greenway on 32nd Street.

All Sales are FINAL. There is no switching of days, no credits, no refunds, no changes, no exceptions.
