DISTRICT FACILITY USAGE

P.V.U.S.D. school facilities are available for rental to organizations. Groups requesting use of facilities must submit a signed facility use form to the Community Education office and show proof of liability insurance. The facility use forms are 4-part forms and can be obtained in the Community Education office, 15032 N. 32nd St. in the Community Resource Center (CRC).

NO ALCOHOL OR SMOKING IS PERMITTED ON SCHOOL DISTRICT PROPERTY.
No sale or distribution of food without permits.
