District Facility Usage
P.V.U.S.D. school facilities are available for rental to organizations. Groups requesting use of facilities must submit a signed facility use form to the Community Education office and show proof of liability insurance. The facility use forms are 4-part forms and can be obtained in the Community Education office, 15032 N. 32nd St., Phoenix, AZ 85032 in the Community Resource Center (CRC).
For use of high school and middle school facilities, contact Maureen Brady at (602) 449-2216 or Pat Berryman at (602) 449-2204.
